West Virginia
West Virginia car shipping on the I-77 lane
I-77 starts in South Carolina, runs through Charlotte and ends up in Ohio, crossing West Virginia on the way. That makes the Mountain State a direct run north from our desk, through the Virginia mountains and into Bluefield, Beckley and Charleston.

From Charlotte to Charleston, and the rest of the state
The lane is simple. I-77 heads north out of Charlotte past Statesville, crosses into Virginia and meets I-81 near Wytheville, then enters West Virginia near Bluefield. From there it runs through Princeton and Beckley to Charleston, the state capital. If you see "Charleston" on an order, we always confirm which one: Charleston, WV on I-77, or Charleston, SC on the coast.
Charleston is the crossroads inside the state. I-64 runs west from there to Huntington on the Ohio River and east through Beckley toward Lewisburg and Virginia. I-79 heads north through Clarksburg to Morgantown and on toward Pittsburgh. The Northern Panhandle sits on I-70 at Wheeling, and the Eastern Panhandle around Martinsburg sits on I-81. Hollows and ridge roads off those routes can be served too; send the exact address.
For West Virginia dealers
When a West Virginia store buys a unit in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia or the Carolinas, the car still has to come over the mountains. We move dealer trades, auction pickups, new vehicle and customer deliveries, store-to-store moves, fleet units and off-lease returns. One car or several.
The same contact handles each order. When your usual hauler falls through, call us as the backup. Dealers can also book loads under our Guaranteed Delivery Rate, with the delivery window in writing; terms apply. Start at the dealer desk.
For students, families and private buyers
Students bring cars to West Virginia University in Morgantown and Marshall University in Huntington, then ship them home or on to a first job. Families move between West Virginia and the Carolinas for work or to be near relatives. Private buyers find a truck or a classic across the state line and need it delivered.
Daily drivers go on an open trailer. Classic, exotic and high-value cars can go enclosed. If the car does not run, tell us; it changes the equipment the carrier needs. Our prep guide lists what to do before pickup.
What to expect when you book
A quote from a person. Tell us where the car is, where it goes, what it is and when it is ready. Someone at our desk prices it by hand; there is no price table and no instant quote.
A carrier we checked. Every carrier is vetted before it touches your car, and every shipment is fully insured. We confirm the driver and the truck before pickup.
Windows up front. You know the pickup window and the expected delivery window before the truck rolls. If something changes on the road, the call comes from FCT first.
Your order online. At fctorders.com, sign in with your email and a 6-digit code. It shows the driver's live location while the driver is active, and the delivery BOL is there for each car after drop-off.
