The FCT Dealer Desk: One Call to Get a Car Moving
Send us the pickup, the drop-off and the VIN. We match a vetted carrier, confirm the pickup window with you, and keep you posted until the car is delivered.
- Open 8:30 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week
- One point of contact from quote to drop-off
- Vetted, fully insured carriers, open or enclosed
What to send us
The fastest orders are the ones that arrive complete. When you call (980) 552-1101, email info@fcttransport.com or use the quote form, have these ready:
- Pickup location: the full address, a contact name and phone number, and any lot hours or gate rules.
- Drop-off location: the store, auction or customer address and who will receive the car.
- The VIN: plus year, make and model, so the carrier knows exactly what is loading.
- Condition: whether it runs and drives. Non-running units can be moved, but the carrier needs to know before dispatch.
- Timing: the date the car is ready and the date you need it.
- Trailer type: open for everyday inventory, enclosed for exotic, specialty or high-value units.
Missing a detail? Send what you have. We will ask for the rest instead of letting the order sit.
How a dealer desk order works
- You send the move. One call or one message with the pickup, drop-off and VIN.
- We match a carrier. We place the car with a vetted, fully insured carrier running your lane, on an open or enclosed trailer as needed.
- We confirm the window. You hear back with the pickup window and the expected delivery window before the truck rolls, so your sales team can plan around it.
- We keep you posted. Your contact stays on the order and updates you until the car is delivered. If anything changes on the road, you hear it from us first.
You deal with the same person from the first call to the final drop-off. No ticket queue and no call center.
Desk hours and how to reach us
The dealer desk is open 8:30 AM to 7 PM Eastern, seven days a week, including weekends when a lot of deals get done. Call (980) 552-1101 for anything time sensitive. For orders that can wait a few hours, email the details or fill out the quote request and a real person will pick it up.
Send something after hours and it is first in line when the desk opens the next morning. You can also see our general contact page for email and phone.
What the dealer desk moves
The desk handles the moves dealerships deal with every week:
- Dealer trades between stores across North and South Carolina and beyond.
- Auction pickups from the sale straight to your lot.
- New vehicle and customer deliveries handled on your timeline.
- Specialty and exotic inventory in enclosed trailers.
- Fleet and multi-unit moves with consistent communication on every unit.
We ship anywhere in the continental U.S., so the same number works for a trade across town or a unit coming from across the country.
Why desks keep our number handy
Plenty of stores already have a hauler they like. We are the call you make when that carrier falls through, when a deal needs a car moved fast, or when the unit is going somewhere your regular truck does not run. Tell us the pickup and drop-off and we handle the rest.
FCT Transport & More has been moving cars out of the Charlotte area since 2012. Every carrier is vetted before they touch your inventory, every shipment is fully insured, and you always reach a person who knows your order. Learn more about our full dealer and fleet transport services.
