Buy where the inventory is

The right car is not always at the auction down the road. When transport is simple, your buyers can bid on units in other regions and other states without worrying about how the car gets home. That is the job we take off your plate.

We coordinate pickups from dealer auctions and from cars bought online that sit at another dealer or a seller's lot. The car comes straight to your store, not to a holding yard.

What we need from an auction purchase

  • Auction or pickup location: the full address and the lane, lot or stock number if there is one.
  • The VIN: plus year, make and model.
  • The release: a gate pass or release showing the car is paid for and ready to leave. Carriers cannot load a unit the auction has not released.
  • Condition: whether the car runs, and anything the condition report flagged.
  • Delivery address: your lot, your reconditioning shop or wherever the car needs to land.

Send it by phone at (980) 552-1101, by email or through the quote form. If the release is still pending, tell us and we will line up the carrier so the car can move once it clears.

Why speed matters at the auction

Cars that sit at an auction after the sale can start picking up storage charges, and every day a unit is on the road is a day it is not on your lot. We work to get a vetted carrier assigned quickly once the car is released, confirm the pickup window with you, and keep you updated until it is delivered.

Buying several units at one sale? Send them together. Grouping cars that are leaving the same auction for the same store keeps things simple, and you still get one point of contact for the whole order.

Open or enclosed from the auction

Most auction units ride on open carriers. For exotic, specialty or high-value purchases, enclosed transport protects the car from weather and road debris on the way to your store. Our specialty dealership services cover enclosed, white-glove moves for that kind of inventory.

How an auction pickup works

  1. You send the buy. Location, VIN, release and delivery address.
  2. We match a carrier running that lane, vetted and fully insured.
  3. We confirm the window for pickup and expected delivery.
  4. Updates until delivered to your lot.

It is the same simple process our dealer desk uses for every order. For bigger programs, see our dealer and fleet transport page.

Auction transport questions

Can you pick up from any auction?

We arrange auction pickups across the continental U.S. Send the auction address, the VIN and the release, and we match a carrier running that lane.

Do I need a gate pass or release?

Yes. The auction has to release the car before a carrier can load it. Send the release with your order, or tell us it is pending and we will line up the carrier.

Can you move several cars from the same sale?

Yes. Send all the units together and we coordinate them as one order with one point of contact.

What about cars I bought online?

We pick up online purchases from wherever the car sits, whether that is an auction, another dealer or a seller, and deliver it to your lot.

Need a car moved this week?
