Dealer and fleet transport, explained
Dealer and fleet transport is how inventory gets from where it is to where it sells or works. A trade from another store, a car bought at auction, a sold unit going to the buyer's driveway, a batch of rentals moving to a new location. You send us the move, and we put it on a vetted carrier's truck.
We work with franchise stores, independent lots, specialty and exotic dealers, rental companies and fleet operators. Some send us every move. Many already have a regular hauler and call us as the backup when that carrier falls through, the load is outside their range, or the car has to move today. Either way you get the same contact on every order.

- Send the move. Pickup and drop-off, a contact at each end, the VIN of every car, whether it runs, and when it is ready. Call the dealer desk at (980) 552-1101 or use the quote form.
- A real person quotes it. One car or several, we price the actual lanes.
- We vet the carrier. Every carrier is checked before it touches the car, every shipment is fully insured, and the driver and truck are confirmed before pickup. Our guide on stopping carrier fraud at pickup explains why that matters.
- We confirm the windows. The pickup window and expected delivery window are set before the truck rolls. If anything changes on the road, you hear it from us first.
- Delivery and the BOL. Your team checks the car in and signs the bill of lading. The delivery BOL is saved in the client portal.
Several units, one contact
Dealer and fleet moves often come in groups: three cars from one auction, a store-to-store transfer inside a dealer group, a batch of off-lease returns. We build those as one order where it makes sense, so you are not chasing three different carriers.
Non-running units can be moved. Tell us up front, because a car that does not drive needs different loading equipment. Read what the carrier needs for a non-running unit.

Can you be our backup hauler?
Yes. Keep your regular carrier and call us when they cannot make it, the lane is outside their range, or the car has to move now. You get the same contact every time.
Can you move several cars at once?
Yes. Send every VIN with the pickup and drop-off for each, and we build the move as one order where the lanes line up.
Do you only work in the Carolinas?
No. We are based near Charlotte, NC, and move dealer and fleet vehicles anywhere in the continental U.S.
